We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time). We also use data to train and improve our AI models, though this is always done in aggregate and anonymized form.

Your data is stored on servers located within Africa (primary) and replicated internationally for redundancy. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) and follow SOC 2 Type II security practices. We conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in our operations under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority. In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with advance notice.

5. Your Rights (African Data Subjects)

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), South Africa's POPIA, Kenya's Data Protection Act, and other applicable African data laws, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us immediately.
