The Problem: 2 Days Every Month, Gone

PharmaNet operates four community pharmacies across Abuja — in Garki, Wuse, Maitama, and Gwarinpa. Each branch carries around 2,400 active SKUs, including controlled substances, temperature-sensitive medicines, and fast-moving OTC products. Every month, Ibrahim's team would dedicate two full working days to stock reconciliation across all four branches.
